Return Policy

Laura Lee Designs (LLD) is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction. We sincerely hope that you will be thrilled with any product you purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the following policy:

LLD accepts returns within 30 days of the customer's original receipt of the merchandise (this is generally no more than 7 days after the invoice date). We will provide you with a full refund, less shipping charges, provided the returned goods are in salable condition. For total returns over $500, there will be a 6% processing fee.

When returning your purchase, please package the merchandise in the same way it was packaged when shipped to you. Please stuff the bag with paper (do not use newspaper) and cover with a plastic bag. Make sure that the box is big enough to fit the bag without compromising the shape of the bag.

Returns shipped back after more than 30 days from receipt will not be credited. This will be measured by the ship date on the returned package.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The same credit card with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping and processing charges). Depending upon the card used, credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. If you paid by check via mail, LLD will issue a check made out to you and mail it to your shipping address on file. Please allow up to two weeks for the check to be mailed.

In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, or that there is a manufacturers' defect, we will replace the bag free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures, but take care to ship the merchandise back to us with the same packaging in which it arrived to you and a description of the damage.
